ER launches a new softball team

Under the magic tutelage of Doug McBride and David Poulsen, the Madisonhealth Emergency Department formed our very own team and competed in the Rexburg City Coed Softball League. The department came up with a highly appropriate team name (Trauma Drama) and created a team logo.

Players have said it’s been so fun to get to know their co-workers better and to play with spouses and family members.

Games are on Friday nights. Trauma Drama members report that they rank solidly in the middle of the pack. A total of seven teams from the Upper Valley play in this league.

Tournament play begins on Friday, October 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the DONJO Sports Complex.

If you're looking for a super fun thing to do on a Friday night, come support our softball team! So far there have been lots of laughs, a few injuries, new friendships and a bunch of amazing memories.
