Madisonhealth is proud to announce a historic milestone in our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the incredible work of our team. This year marks the first time we are introducing a merit-based raise structure, designed to give employees greater ownership in their growth by connecting compensation directly to job performance.

Through this new system, raises are no longer a one-size-fits-all adjustment. Instead, employees who demonstrate excellence, dedication, and meaningful impact in their roles will be recognized and rewarded accordingly. This structure reflects our belief that every team member contributes uniquely to our mission, and their pay should recognize those efforts.


We are especially excited to share that this year’s raises represent the largest potential pay increase in Madisonhealth’s history. Employees will have the potential to receive raises of up to 5%—an investment that underscores the value we place on your hard work and commitment to our patients and community.


This new merit-based pay system will be implemented starting October 1st. At Madisonhealth, we know that our success is built on the strength of our people.
